Please note that we are unable to discuss another's treatment without their direct and legal consent, even with spouses and parents (unless the child is a minor) due to ethical constraints.

In the very unlikely case that we are unable to resolve this issue simply and in-house, we are obliged to forward a record of this to our association for arbitration.  It is also your right to ask that we forward a copy of all correspondence from this submission on to the ethics committee of ANTA if you do not want us to address this matter directly in the first instance.
