New Client Information

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the information on this page so you know what to expect and what will happen when you make a booking to see us.

Please remember to bring our phone number with you so that if you become 'location challenged", we can help you out.  When you confirm by SMS on the morning of your appointment, we will respond with directions to make sure you know where we are because we do not want you to lose your reserved time driving around looking for us.

FIRST BOOKING & WAIT LIST:  Most of the time, we will suggest that you make a firm appointment with us AND go onto the Wait List to get an earlier appointment.  Typically our first available booking is about four weeks out (Don't Panic! - the Wait List does move quite quickly) and as soon as an applicable space opens up, we will call and offer it to you.  If you can't make it, it does not matter, we will just offer the next suitable vacancy as it comes up.  Naturally, we do triage offers based upon what is happening in your individual circumstances.

IMPORTANT:  If offered a wait list appt, it is critical that you return our call ASAP to accept that offer (if still available) as we offer vacant slots to all and they are allocated on a first response basis.  Offers are not firm bookings, we have to talk to you.

TIMES:  We appreciate that your time is valuable and with this in mind we do our best to run to scheduled times. Please do the right thing and let us know if there is a problem in keeping to your appointment time. If running late, please let us know as early as is possible; we may be able to juggle the next client in early and preserve the balance of time for you.

BOOKING CONDITIONSWe agree not to double book and to be available for the reserved appointment time, which we agree to reserve specifically for you. You agree to pay for any reservations you set with us, whether attended, missed or cancelled with late notice of less than six (6) hours (but only if we are unable to on-sell the cancelled time slot).

REMINDERS & CONFIRMATIONS: With this in mind, we ask that you nominate a phone number when booking for an SMS courtesy reminder on the morning of your appointment to which we ask you to reply with your name,

On the day of your appointment, you can confirm on this page.

FEES & REBATES:  All fees are payable at the time of consultation.  We accept Cash, Cheques, EFTPOS and Master/Visa Cards - See our table of fees here.  Because the health insurance industry is so volatile in what they allow and disallow, we ask that you check with them before consultation and claim for our services directly with your health fund.
