Consultations have up to 20 minutes allocated per unit

Clinical Myotherapy (per unit)

$65.00

Holiday rates are 3x standard rate per unit.
(limited to emergencies only, please)

Out-Of-Hours rates are 2x standard rate per unit.
(limited to emergencies only, please)

Prices are subject to change without notice. Individual consultation fees may vary depending on treatment required. You will be advised at the time of treatment regarding any additional costs for procedures, products etc. if applicable.

PLEASE NOTE

All reservations are accepted subject to the Booking Conditions detailed below. We appreciate that your time is valuable and with this in mind we do our best to run to scheduled times. Please do the right thing and let us know if there is a problem in keeping to your appointment time. If running late, please let us know, we may be able to juggle the next client in early and preserve the balance of remaining time for you.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

We agree not to double book and to be available to you for our reserved appointment time, which we agree to set aside specifically for you. You agree to pay for any reservations you set with us, whether attended, missed or cancelled with late notice of less than six (6) hours (but only if we are unable to on-sell the cancelled time slot).

With this in mind, we ask that you nominate a phone number when booking for a courtesy reminder on the morning of your appointment. The best is a mobile phone for an SMS reminder to which we ask you to reply with your name.

Health Fund Rebates

Private Health Funds are constantly altering their levels of cover and creating new policy inclusions and exclusions; hence, we are unable to say with certainty that you are, or are not, covered for specific practitioner or service.

Please contact your health insurer directly for a definitive answer regarding what rebate will be paid and whether or not you can claim for a treatment quoting the relevant details listed below.

Worker's Comp / Medico-Legal and Private Compensation

This practice does not participate in third party billing, nor do we participate in medico-legal / compensation cases. Our participation in these schemes are simply not commercially or personally practical. We apologise for any inconvenience.

If a treatment report is required, it will be charged based upon time taken to complete at the incremental rates listed above. Personal representation is charged per consultation block (see above + call-out if off-site). Photocopies of treatment records are $10 posted per patient.
