Risking over-simplification, here is a brief description of our standard services:
Myotherapy (with Craig and Andrew) - Working with the body's own feedback mechanisms to quickly balance muscles, tendons and ligaments, reducing pain and increasing function by looking for the cause of a problem.
Remedial and Sports massage (with Andrew) - Hands on techniques more in the style of traditional massage. Works on normalising the operation of the body's tissues and addressing more short term aches and pains.
