Relaxation Massage

Relaxation, or Swedish Massage, is a wonderful form of body work which can help a person regain a sense of wholeness and let go of their day to day stresses.  When sourcing a massage therapist, it is critical that they be fully trained and take a complete "medical" case history before laying a finger on you.

If this does not happen, then there is a good chance that the person about to give you a massage does not themselves know when it is safe to massage, and when it is not.

It is critical that people realise that just a simple massage can cause a lot of damage if performed without due regard for the entire health picture of the client.  A well trained massage therapist may liaise with a client's doctor to collaborate on the suitability of massage for the client if certain pre-existing conditions are present.

Once a massage starts, you will be fully covered by draping towels except for the region actually being massaged.  You will only need to undress down to underpants, allowing the therapist to use the underwear to secure the towel, allowing maximum "discretion".

Ladies should never have their breast exposed during a massage, nor should a therapist ever actually work on or through the actual breast tissue. In cases where access is required to the muscle under some breast tissue, the client will be asked to hold the breast tissue out of the way herself (anything else is just plain unprofessional).
